PETERBOROUGH, ON - The Peterborough Midget Tigers improved their record to 15-9 tonight with a 7-2 victory over the visiting Whitby Chiefs at Riverside Park.

Kurtis Borland pitched four solid innings and Chase Sweeting picked up the win in the lopsided win. Cory Barker, Tyler Ryan, Grant Elson and Noah Crowley each had singles.

The Tigers next action is next Tuesday night when they play their final home game of the season against the Clarington Orioles, 7:30 PM at Riverside Park.
